The first part details events that occurred prior to the two Fable games. It tells of the Knight, Jack and Queen of Blades. There is a good bit on Archon, Scythe and Nostro.

Lionhead have recently released the 6th Video Diary created by community manager Sam Van Tilburgh (thanks again Sam).
